Government and Public-Authority Request Transparency Report

Selby Labs Pty Ltd publishes this report in accordance with its commitments under the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated in the EU Data Processing Agreement and the equivalent provisions of its other Data Processing Agreements. Since the launch of the StudyRun platform, Selby Labs has received zero requests from any government, law-enforcement, intelligence, or other public authority, in any jurisdiction, for access to Study Data, researcher account data, or any other personal data processed on the platform, and has therefore disclosed no personal data in response to any such request. If Selby Labs ever receives such a request, it will handle it in accordance with the government-access provisions of the applicable Data Processing Agreement (including notifying the affected Customer where legally permitted, disclosing the minimum data legally required, and challenging unlawful or disproportionate requests), and this report will be updated with aggregate statistics to the extent legally permissible.
